1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Strawberry ID, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Strawberry ID provides a unified digital identity, wallet, and savings platform for consumers and merchants, including related APIs, checkout, and support tools. We are a technology provider, not a bank. Wallet balances and payment rails may be delivered through licensed partners where required by law.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where required for security, compliance, or abuse prevention.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Strawberry ID, including by:
- violating applicable law or payment-network rules,
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data,
- using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or prohibited commerce,
- interfering with service integrity, rate limits, or security controls.
5. Payments, fees, and savings
Wallet funding, transfers, merchant payments, and optional savings features are subject to product limits, verification status, and any fees disclosed in the product experience. Transactions may be delayed, reversed, or declined when risk or compliance checks require it.
6. Merchant and API use
Merchants and developers must protect API credentials, honor customer consents, and use Strawberry ID only for lawful, disclosed purposes. We may revoke keys or integrations that present security or compliance risk.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strawberry ID disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strawberry ID is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services.
10. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
